San Mateo County MCRT joined the (PAL) at the at Seal Point Park. Throughout the day, staff connected directly with families and community members, sharing vital mental health resources alongside dozens of health vendors.

The event featured a scenic bay trail 5K alongside a free wellness fair, creating an inclusive space where fitness and mental wellness came together.
